About Us

Ujyalo Nepal Party is a political party founded with good governance, prosperity, social justice, and a Green Revolution at the core of its vision. The Party aims to make the country’s governance system, policy-making process, and public service delivery more results-oriented, transparent, and citizen-friendly. It gives priority to timely service delivery, respectful treatment, simplified procedures, transparency, and accountability, while remaining firmly committed to the democratic achievements established by the Constitution, national independence, sovereignty, national unity, the rule of law, human rights, press freedom, an independent judiciary, and a competitive multiparty system. 
The Party believes that the problems created by outdated practices, power-sharing arrangements, and opportunism can be addressed through governance reform, systemic change, and citizen-centred public service delivery. With zero tolerance for corruption, transparent decision-making, continuous oversight, and citizen participation, the Party envisions linking Nepal’s water, land, forests, clean energy, agriculture, industry, tourism, technology, and human resources through a Green Revolution to increase production, create employment, strengthen self-reliance, and achieve sustainable prosperity. By making merit, integrity, and public trust the foundation of leadership, the Party seeks to bring young people to the forefront of policy-making and implementation, while cooperating with like-minded forces and groups to build a capable, self-reliant, just, and prosperous Nepal.
