Party Introduction

Ujyalo Nepal Party is a political force established with the goal of fostering a new political culture and advancing economic and social transformation, with good governance, prosperity, social justice, and the concept of a Green Revolution at the core of its vision. The Party regards Nepal’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, independence, and the supremacy of its citizens as fundamental political principles, while remaining committed to respecting the diversity of Nepal’s multi-ethnic, multilingual, multi-religious, and multicultural society.

 The Party recognizes the rule of law, periodic elections, human rights, press freedom, transparency, accountability, and excellence as essential foundations of democratic practice. Rather than promoting personality-centred politics, it gives priority to policy, institutions, organization, responsibility, and a results-oriented work culture, with the principle of placing capable individuals in appropriate roles. 

A major objective of the Party is to connect political change with economic and social transformation that can be felt in the everyday lives of citizens. 
To achieve this, it emphasizes strong institutions, effective public service delivery, honest administration, citizen participation, and policy-making based on long-term national interests. Under the concept of the Green Revolution, the Party seeks to build a self-reliant and competitive economy by linking production, energy, entrepreneurship, agriculture, employment, technology, and innovation with environmental sustainability, while promoting the responsible use of natural resources, tourism potential, and human capital.
